Hi there! My name is Alyssa Doering, the owner-operator of Persephone Reigns, LLC. I am a young professional, mom and wife.  I am excited to be starting my own business, with the first branch being a refreshment truck - Persephone's. Persephone's will be the mobile soft serve truck that travels to local Wisconsin businesses, private events, and festivals serving fresh hot coffee and soft serve. The ultimate dream for us is buying a large plot of land and turning Persephone Reigns into a homestead farm.
